    We accept phone orders Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am.

     to 9:00 pm. CST.

   TAXES

     All orders delivered in Oklahoma will be subject to the Oklahoma

    State sales tax at the rate of 8.517%.

   SUBSTITUTIONS

    We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal value in the event

    that there is a shortage of any product.

   SALES

   All Sales are Finial.

   PAYMENTS

     We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Cash and              Checks. There will be a $30.00 fee on any returned check.

   GUARANTEE

     At Celebrate with Balloons we pride ourselves on quality and customer

   service. We guarantee to make every effort to provide your order in a

   timely manner. Please let us know when you check out if you need a

   specific time of arrival for your gift.

   DELIVERY FEE

     Local delivery fees are not included in the listed price of the balloon                bouquet. Local delivery is offered in the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma and               surrounding areas.

   Our delivery fee is $9.00-13.00 to Tulsa, Broken Arrow,

   Oklahoma Areas.

   $13.00-15.00 to Glenpool, Jenks, North Tulsa and Bixby, Oklahoma Areas.

   $15.00 to West Tulsa, Owasso, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, Catoosa, and

   Coweta, Oklahoma Areas.

  $25.00 Collinsville, Claremore, Inola and Sperry, Oklahoma

   Areas.

   $30.00 Skiatook, Oklahoma Area

   $36.00-40.00 Muskogee, Oklahoma Area

   Deliveries to the Tulsa airport are not available.

  

    When requesting delivery to a business, please include the business name.         We will require all other necessary information for locating your gift                  recipient, such as, complex or building number or name, suite or room               number, and a telephone number. You can list this information under                special instructions. Should you have any delivery time constraints,

   please give us a call  with specifics.      

We also have GIFT CERTIFICATES available and welcome

making reservations in advance.
